Before You Begin
Please prepare the following information before starting your submission:
Presenting author’s contact details:
- Email address
- Full postal address
- Daytime phone number
- Evening phone number
Author and co-author’s details:
- Full first and family names
Affiliation details:
- Department details
- Institution/Hospital name
- City, State (if relevant), Country
Abstract Requirements
All abstracts must include the following sections:
- Title: Short and informative
- Presentation Type: Oral or Poster
- Thematic Session: Select the relevant session
- Abstract Text: Limited to 700 words (including figures and tables)
Important Guidelines
- The title should be short and informative
- Abstracts must be written in English
- The abstract should be brief and concise
- Body text must not exceed 700 words including figures and tables
- Minimum body text requirement: 50 words
- Final submission must be in PDF format respecting the template
